Private Equity Fundraising: Lessons for a Challenged Market

We hope you will join us Wednesday, June 14, at noon at The Harvard Club NYC for our next Alternative Asset Management GC luncheon.
 
We will be joined by special guests from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, Marco V. Masotti, Partner and Global Co-Head of the Private Funds Group: Victoria S. Forrester, Partner; Matthew B. Goldstein, Partner; Amran Hussein, Partner; and Aaron J. Schlaphoff, Partner. They will discuss recent developments and market trends in private equity fundraising, including regulatory and compliance updates.

This program is eligible for CLE credit in NY, and attendees will earn up to 1.0 hour of New York State CLE credit in the Professional Practice category. Credit will be offered to both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. Under New York State CLE rules, you must be signed in within a few minutes of the start time in order to receive credit. No partial credit can be granted.

Do I have to be vaccinated to attend?

No.  However, if you are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms (such as a fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose) on the day of or immediately prior to the event, or have been in the presence of anyone known or suspected to be infected with the COVID-19 virus within the two weeks prior to the event, we ask that you not attend. 

What is the dress code?
Appropriate dress is required throughout the Club for Members and their guests. CASUAL ATTIRE, including jeans in good repair, is permitted.  NOT PERMITTED: Gym clothes, t-shirts, sweats, torn clothing, leggings, shorts, and beach attire. Hats are not permitted except for religious purposes and medical reasons.
