Erin H. Abrams
General Counsel, Via Transportation, Inc.
As the head of the legal, risk and compliance teams at Via, Erin’s portfolio covers corporate transactions, venture-backed financing, insurance, cybersecurity and data privacy, technology licensing, commercial agreements, transportation regulatory and licensing issues, employee and independent contractor matters, and litigation. Prior to joining Via, Erin was a senior vice president in the compliance department of Citigroup, where her group was tasked with preventing and detecting insider trading and other financial crimes. Before going in-house, Erin was a litigator in the white collar criminal and securities group at Fried Frank. She serves on the Board of Directors of Urban Pathways and maintains an active pro bono practice representing low income women who are victims of domestic violence in family law proceedings in partnership with the nonprofit Her Justice.  
Rachel Barnett
General Counsel and Secretary, Brooks Brothers
Rachel runs the legal department and is responsible for all aspects of Brooks Brothers’ domestic and international legal affairs. As general counsel, she manages a wide-range of legal matters for the company, including corporate transactions, employment, intellectual property, real estate, compliance and general litigation. Prior to joining Brooks Brothers, Rachel was a member of the Board of Directors and general counsel of Travelzoo. Before going in-house, she was a member of the litigation department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, LLP, where she specialized in representing corporations and their officers and directors in a variety of complex corporate and commercial litigation matters. In the Spring, Rachel co-teaches a course entitled “Exploring the Role of the General Counsel” at Columbia Law School along with the general counsel of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton Inc. She recently authored the book, A Short & Happy Guide to Business Contracts, which contains a simple roadmap on how practitioners negotiate terms and avoid common pitfalls in everyday business contracts.
Teresia Bost
General Counsel at Quartet Health
At Quartet, Teresia oversees the legal and compliance functions playing a key role in driving company strategy by counseling executives on key legal matters and protecting the interests of the company, investors, clients and patients. She serves as the chief architect and governor of all contracts, including those with health plans, provider groups, vendors and investors. As general counsel, Teresia also works closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure the company is protecting confidential information and that Quartet adheres to strict privacy and security regulations. Collaborating with the chief people and strategy officer as well as the People team on sensitive employee matters is another key part of her responsibilities. She also presents to the Board of Directors on key legal issues and proposing changes to company structure, governance and compliance. Teresia has over 20 years of legal experience facilitating global business operations, corporate governance, compliance, commercial contracts and social responsibility and is admitted to practice law in NY, NJ and CT.
